How long does shipping take for my Vatic Pro order?
Most domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for paddles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used paddles cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Do Vatic Pro paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our paddles come with a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like core de-lamination or structural failure, but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How do I care for and clean my carbon fiber paddle?
To maintain the grit and performance of your paddle, we recommend using a specialized cleaning rubber to remove ball fibers and wiping the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid leaving your paddle in extreme heat, such as inside a hot car.
Do you offer international shipping?
